Yes, many of our properties include use of one parking stall.

Our properties allow for one small pet (up to 25lbs) with prior written consent and a pet security deposit (half of one month’s rent).

No, all of our properties are non-smoking and non-vaping. 

As part of our potential tenant review process, we ask for the following information:

  • Personal identification information
  • Information regarding other occupants residing with you
  • Your rental history as well as previous landlord references
  • Your employment status as well as supervisor references
  • Your authorization to conduct a credit check 
  • Your authorization to conduct a criminal background check
  • Proof of Income document(s)
  • Security Deposit (half of one month’s rent)
