Yes, many of our properties include use of one parking stall.
Our properties allow for one small pet (up to 25lbs) with prior written consent and a pet security deposit (half of one month’s rent).
No, all of our properties are non-smoking and non-vaping.
As part of our potential tenant review process, we ask for the following information:
- Personal identification information
- Information regarding other occupants residing with you
- Your rental history as well as previous landlord references
- Your employment status as well as supervisor references
- Your authorization to conduct a credit check
- Your authorization to conduct a criminal background check
- Proof of Income document(s)
- Security Deposit (half of one month’s rent)
